New Computer - Got a new machine and would like assistance setting it up? Be it a work machine, gaming rig or media center we can help. We'll help with software installation, data transfer, email setup, you name it. Packs include everything from building a machine from scratch thru to setting up the system you've just bought.

Clean Up - Is your Pc running slower than you remember? Is it behaving strangely or are weird popups and virus messages dogging your every move? If so then these are the packages for you. Much like your car needs regular servicing to perform well the same is true of your PC. Packs cover general health checks, anti virus, anti spam, and anti adware software installations.

Software Install - This service is all about the installation of new software, troubleshooting problems you're having with existing software and assistance upgrading your existing software. Let's face it, we all want the latest and greatest software on our machines, why not let us help you get there?

Hardware Install - So you've bought a new piece of hardware such as a printer, webcam or new graphics card and want some help installing it in your PC. Will these packages are for you. Whether it be an install you are having trouble with or an upgrade you wish to do. We are happy to help install, recommend and help.

Data Backup - How many documents, photos and videos are on your PC? What would you do if the worst happened and the computer died? Maybe you just have a bunch of old files that you want to backup and then delete (just in case you need them later). We offer a number of solutions for you.

Data Destruction - Thinking of selling or recycling that old PC but want to make sure all your files are gone before you do? This is the option for you.

Networking Services

Network service packages are designed to help you setup, maintain and modify a home network. Home networks are used to connect multiple PCs to each other for the pupose of sharing files, printers or internet connections. This can be done via cables or wireless. No matter what the network or connection type, these iBroke packages will help you out.

Home Network Setup - Want to setup your PCs at home so they all connect and share files, printers and even your internet connection? This is the package for you. Designed to set up your home network from scratch.

Home Network Repairs & Maintenance - Something not working on your network? Maybe some of your PCs can't see each other or you're unable to print to one of your printers. Do you want us to check or increase the security levels of your wireless home network? Whatever it is, let us have a look at it for you.

Wireless Setup - So you already have a home network but want to get rid of all those cables. The easiest and cleanest way is to setup a wireless network however this can introduce additional risk as it is easier for outsiders to access. We can help you set up your wireless network with high security levels so that your data/internet link isn't exposed to this risk.

Home Network Additions - Recently got something new and would like it added to your existing network? A new printer, PC, media center or games console? Maybe you have a new PDA and would like it you use your wireless network instead of a mobile internet connection to download your emails.

Internet Services

Internet Services cover everything from setting up your new internet connection at home to making your own email addresses/websites. These packages are a great way to either start out using the internet or to build your self an online presence.

ADSL/Cable Setup - Purchased ADSL and want a cheap alternative to the ISPs installation/setup fee? This is the package for you.

Internet Identity - An internet identity is a way to personalise your internet experience. Worried that, if you change internet provider, you'll have to change all your email addresses? Well don't worry. These packages allow you to have your own personalised email addresses (e.g. yourname@yourdomain.com.au). Only have one email address again, no matter who you connect through. Want to setup a website? No worries! You can register your own website domain such as www.yourdomain.com.au here.

Website - Want your own website on the internet. Once you've registered your domain (see Internet Identity packages) we can help with the technical side of setting you up and the practical side of getting you going.
