About Us

Who?

iBroke is a small business based in Melbourne, Australia. It was formed in 2007 and, whilst it is a new business, has over 10 years IT experience. We believe that the combination of this experience, industry best practice methods, affordable solutions and a strong dedication to great customer service will enable us to provide you with the support you need to enjoy your computers the way you're supposed to.

What?

We offer numerous home and small business computing services ranging from packaged services thru to ad hoc repairs and maintenance. We cover single PCs, networks, internet connectivity, internet identity, repairs, maintenance, purchasing and much more. If you have one or more computers in your home, and want to do something with them, we can help! We can also offer small business services on request.

Where?

We offer three options for performing work on your computer. You can send your equipment to us, we can come out and see you, or we can use software to securely remote control your PC and help you out. Let us know what you'd prefer and we'll do our best to accomodate :)

Why?

Why choose iBroke? We're inexpensive, have a wealth of experience, love computers and will dedicate ourselves to ensuring you have the best customer service you deserve.

iBroke employs a different business model to that of your normal IT service providers. We understand that not everyone wants to pay an hourly fee for a service, especially when there is no guarantee of how long that service will take to perform so we offer service packages with a flat fee. This means you know what you're up for before we start work.

We also guarantee that, if we are unable to complete all the tasks we promised, you won't have to pay for the service.

When?

iBroke offers services outside normal business hours. We can perform your work either in the evening from 6:30pm or on the weekend meaning you don't have to take time off or have someone stay home in order to receive our service.
